SilverCore is local to the Richmond, Virginia area while offering a perspective developed through our collective experience and training throughout the East Coast. Established in 2012, owner-involvement has been a hallmark of our service, and maintaining that as our primary focus is what makes SilverCore unique.

Jeffrey L. Staub, RLA (Hometown: Rumson, NJ – College: Texas A&M University)
Jeff has been providing land planning, civil engineering and landscape design services since coming to the Richmond area over 20 years ago. He has worked directly with a variety of clients, property owners, developers, and design team members during his career in the Mid-Atlantic region. While SilverCore is still a young firm, Jeff’s project experience is extensive covering commercial site planning, residential subdivisions, urban design and planning, industrial layouts, and feasibility studies.
Andrew F. Bowman (Hometown: Adams Center, NY – College: Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University)
After graduating in 2002, Andrew spent his first seven years working on commercial site planning throughout the Richmond area. He then joined RDA working on a variety of projects for VDOT for the next three years. Through this experience he has gained critical insight into road improvements, drainage and design which compliments his strong site planning backround. He now heads up the commercial site planning department at SilverCore.
Steven F. King (Hometown: Richmond, VA – College: Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University)
Steve graduated in 2007, and also spent his first couple years working on commercial site planning throughout the Richmond area. He then joined Watershed Consulting where he specialized in floodplain studies, stream restorations and environmental site planning. His diverse background brings another perspective to the SilverCore team and an added layer of experience to his design approach.
