Manorhouse Assisted Living is a new project located in Henrico County’s Short Pump area on North Gayton Road. This campus will offer three options for residents, including assisted and independent living facilities. The main building will offer approximately 98 units for residents in need of assisted care, situated within the two-story, 35,000sf structure. Additionally, two separate buildings will offer eight independent living units, and nine single-family, detached homes will be situated within the beautiful campus. Each single-family house will be age restricted as provided under the Virginia Fair Housing Law.
